How do I schedule an appointment?

Please call (609) 585-8800, prompt 1 to speak with a Care Coordinator. You can also request an appointment online.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID and prescription from your physician. If your insurance provider requires a referral or preauthorization that will also be required at the time of your appointment.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurances.

What do I need to pay at the time of visit?

Time of visit charges vary by type of insurance and type of procedure. For more information regarding your appointment please call (609) 585-8800, prompt 1 and our Insurance Verification Specialist will be happy to assist you. 

Who should I contact with a question regarding my bill?

Who can I call if I’m not sure of my preps?

Please call (609) 585-8800, prompt 1 and a Care Coordinator will be happy to assist you.

How soon can I get the results of my imaging study?

You can access your report via our HealthVault Patient Portal. Reports are available within 3-5 business days after your appointment.

You can also obtain your results from your referring physician. Reports are sent to your physician within 48 hours of your imaging study. 

How do I obtain a copy of my images?

Day of appointment: You may request a CD of your images at the time of your study. In most cases this can be completed before you leave our office. 

At a later time: Please call our Medical Records department at (609) 585-8800, prompt 1. You can also request a copy of your images online

How do I obtain a copy of my report?

You can access your report via our HealthVault Patient Portal. Reports are available within 3-5 business days after your appointment.
