What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID and prescription from your physician. If your insurance provider requires a referral or preauthorization that will also be required at the time of your appointment.
What do I need to pay at the time of visit?
Time of visit charges vary by type of insurance and type of procedure. For more information regarding your appointment please call (609) 585-8800, prompt 1 and our Insurance Verification Specialist will be happy to assist you.

How soon can I get the results of my imaging study?
You can access your report via our PocketHealth portal. Reports are available within 3-5 business days after your appointment.
You can also obtain your results from your referring physician. Reports are sent to your physician within 48 hours of your imaging study.
How do I obtain a copy of my images?
Day of appointment: You may request a CD of your images at the time of your study. In most cases this can be completed before you leave our office.
At a later time: Please call our Medical Records department at (609) 585-8800, prompt 1. You can also request a copy of your images online.
How do I obtain a copy of my report?
You can access your report via our PocketHealth portal. Reports are available within 3-5 business days after your appointment.

Can my family member/designated person pick up a copy my report or CD?
Yes, a family member or designated person may pick up your report or CD. In order to do this please complete the Patient Request for Communications or Protected Health Information prior to pick up. All forms can be found on the Patients page of our website.
My child is a minor, can someone besides a parent bring them for imaging?
Yes, another adult can bring your minor child for imaging studies. The Minor Scheduling Release Form will have to be completed prior to arriving for your appointment. All forms can be found on the Patients page of our website.
Can I complete my history forms prior to my appointment?
Yes, all forms can be found on the Patients page of our website. Please select the appropriate location and form for your study. Once completed the form will be securely submitted to RAI.
Does RAI have a patient portal?
Yes, our patients have access to PocketHealth for obtaining copies of their reports. You can access PocketHealth from the Patients page on our website.
