Please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID and prescription from your physician. If your insurance provider requires a referral or preauthorization that will also be required at the time of your appointment.

We accept most major insurances.

RAI collects all copays, coinsurances, deductibles at time of service. Time of visit charges vary by type of insurance and type of procedure.

You can access your report via our PocketHealth portal. Reports are generally available within 3-5 business days after your appointment.

You can also obtain your results from your referring physician. Reports are generally sent to your physician within 48 hours of your imaging study.

Day of appointment: You may request a CD of your images at the time of your study. In most cases this can be completed before you leave our office. At a later time: Please call our Medical Records department at (609) 585-8800, prompt 2. You can also request a copy of your images online.

Yes, a family member or designated person may pick up your report or CD. In order to do this please complete the Patient Request for Communications or Protected Health Information at the time of your appointment or prior to pick up. Please call the office at 609-585-8800 to obtain this form.
Yes, another adult can bring your minor child for imaging studies. The Minor Scheduling Release Form will have to be completed prior to arriving for your appointment. Please contact the office at 609-585-8800 to obtain this form.
Yes, our patients have access to PocketHealth for obtaining copies of their reports. You can access PocketHealth from the Patients page on our website.
